2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase independently. Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may sign in using the methods available on the website. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell digital ebooks and related digital publications. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, no physical product is supplied. Before purchasing, review the title, description, language, file format, compatibility requirements, licence terms, price, and delivery method. Purchases do not include future editions or updates unless expressly stated.

4. Prices, payments, and orders

The currency, total price, applicable taxes, and any additional charges will be displayed before you confirm payment. Payments must be made through the methods offered at checkout. Do not send payment credentials through support messages. We will provide an order confirmation or receipt identifying the purchased content and price. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law. We will not increase the price of a confirmed purchase without your agreement.

5. Digital delivery

The product listing or checkout will explain how and when your ebook is delivered, such as through an account download or email link. Contact us if you have paid but cannot access your purchase. We will investigate and restore access, supply a replacement, or provide another appropriate remedy. Download limits, access expiry dates, or device restrictions apply only where clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product includes a different licence, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the ebook for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright remains with the relevant author, publisher, or other rights holder. You must not resell, publicly upload, redistribute, or share purchased content without permission. You must not share account access to distribute content or remove copyright notices. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.

7. Refunds and purchase problems

All ebook purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchases you no longer want once the purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive a defective file, the wrong ebook, a duplicate charge, or cannot access paid content, contact byronjackmanx@gmail.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restored access, replacement, or a refund where legally required.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to commit fraud or submit false payment information; infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights; access another person’s account without permission; introduce malicious software or disrupt the service; or collect other users’ personal information without a lawful basis.

9. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to provide accurate information and a functioning service. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ebooks are provided for general information or entertainment unless expressly described otherwise. They do not replace individual professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious misuse, security threats, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove rights relating to paid purchases or remedies required by law. You may request account closure by emailing byronjackmanx@gmail.com. Information may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services

Google sign-in, payment services, and external websites may be subject to their providers’ separate terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible for our own obligations to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for future use and purchases. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase without your agreement or another lawful basis.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact byronjackmanx@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
